Ingredients
-120 g of whole or skimmed milk powder
-140 g of sugar
-1/2 Cup of Water
Procedure
-In a small pot, we are going to heat the water.
-Add the sugar, it has to dissolve completely so while it is heating, stir to help dilute completely.
-When we see that it begins to boil, we immediately remove from the heat.
-Let it cool for a few minutes and then place this syrup in a blender, the smoothie and milk are what will give it consistency.
-Activate and while the blender is working, add the powdered milk by spoonfuls.
-Beat for approximately 2 minutes until you get like an emulsion.
-Then pour the condensed milk into a jar and take to the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
-After this time, we can use it to make any kind of dessert.
